To assess variability and space dependence of applied irrigation sheet and yield obtained in black bean (Phaseolous vulgaris L.) crop, under sprinkler irrigation, during 2010 an experiment was performed. For this purpose it was selected, in the central portion of irrigated area, a surface of 10 m x 1 m with sprinkler in their corresponding vertexes. Within this surface, in systematic way, sampling points were located in 2m x 2m square matrix and in each center a pluviometer was put to collect water sheets applied by sprinklers. Influence surface of each pluviometer was 4 m2 and was harvested to asses crop yield. Data were analyzed under geostatistical procedures. For irrigation sheet received during cycle, spherical semivariogram was obtained where is reflected, by its minimum nugget effect, little variability between neighbor sheets and dependence limit is extended up to 5.7 m. About yield, it resulted an exponential semivariogram, demonstrating variability between neighbor samples evidenced by greater proportion of nugget effect, the dependence limit is extended up to a distance of 7.84 m.
